Return And Exchange

  1. Philips is the designer and manufacturer of products offered in this Philips Lighting Online Store Hong Kong. Cleargo E-Business Consultancy Limited (“Cleargo”) is an independent retailer of Philips products for Hong Kong. By ordering products from, customer agrees to be bound by the Exchange and Return policy of both Cleargo's and Philips.
  2. Pro-rata refunds on individual components of a product bundle is not allowed.
  3. No physical money refund. Customer will get online shop cash coupon (equivalent to refund value) to purchase at
  4. Philips accepts return of products subject to the conditions under clause 5 and 7 below.
  5. Eligibility of Return
    1. Return process must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt.
    2. Items should not be used and should be in its original packaging.
    3. Items that are blister packed do not have their packaging removed.
    4. Items should not have any aesthetical damage such as scratches or dents to the exterior surface of the product or the packaging.
    5. Original invoice or receipt must be presented.
  6. Return Procedure
    1. To initiate a return, or if Customer have questions regarding defective merchandize returns for products purchased online on, please contact Philips Customer Service team at 2821 5300.
  7. Damaged and Defective Products
    1. Defective products will be inspected by Philip’s Customer Care Team located at Kowloon Bay. Philips undertakes to provide an exchange of any defective products if the products are defective as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications.
    2. If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to Customer and no refund or exchange will be offered. Customer needs to bear own shipping cost to ship back the products from Philips Lighting Office. Neither Philips Lighting Hong Kong Limited. nor Cleargo will refund products that are: 
      1. Obtained from a source other than
      2. Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
      3. Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose

Shipping Restriction
The Philips Lighting Online Store Hong Kong sells and ships items only within Hong Kong. Customers agree all products purchased through the Online Store shall be of self-use and shall not be resold. Customers should not export any products purchased at the Philips Lighting Online Store. The Philips Lighting Online Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. Not with standing order confirmation, Philips Lighting Hong Kong Ltd and Cleargo E-Business Consultancy Limited may cancel any order where it has reasonable grounds to believe the product is not being purchased for end use.

The Philips Lighting Online Store Hong Kong does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on the Philips Lighting Online Store Hong Kong.
